Quick Fuel is a network of unattended commercial fleet fueling sites located throughout the Midwest and South. Your Electronic Device Controller was highly recommended to us by our local equipment distributor and electrician contractor over 10 years ago, and since the cost of the device is minimal, we have been installing it at all new locations as well as including it with equipment upgrades at existing locations.
Until recently we did not realize the value and benefit of this device. Our local distributor was called to repair a dispenser that went out of service. The technician found a blown relay board in that dispenser, replaced it and all was fine. The next day , the same dispenser was out of service again. The distributor was called, and again, the relay board was found to be blown. Upon further inspection , a bad submersible control wire was discovered. Since the Electronic Device Controlled isolates the wiring from the submersible, only the one dispenser was affected, allowing the remaining dispensers to operate. By preventing the replacement of additional parts and downtime, the value of this device definitely outweighs its cost.
So, on behalf of Quick Fuel, thank you for reducing our repair costs, eliminating our down time and providing us with that competitive edge.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Schneider:
This is to provide you with some positive feedback regarding your Electronic Device Controller.
As you are aware, Badger Oil Equipment has been recommending and installing the EDC for over ten years. In fact, in that time, we convinced customers such as AMOCO and SuperAmerica to use them in all new installations.
In Addition to eliminating feedback, allowing dispenser isolation for service and submersible troubleshooting being easier, there is an additional benefit that is coming more prevalent. Your EDC allows out technicians to to simulate dispenser on/off signal from inside the station. With the advent of electronic line leak detection, this is a tremendous time saver for both us and our customers.
I know that the advantage that the EDC provides both Badger Oil Equipment and our customers easily justify its small cost.
Thank you for providing us with the ability to provide better service.
Sincerely,
BADGER OIL EQUIPMENT CO. INC.
